We gladly accept any unused items that are in the original packaging and are in resellable condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days ofĀ theĀ order date
  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US Only)
  • Pre-paid return labels areĀ sent, with a Ā£5 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
  • Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
  • ReceivedĀ a Defective item?Ā If you believe you have received a defective item, pleaseĀ contact usĀ so we can resolve this issue immediately

  • Purchased a gift and need a receipt. Gift receipts can be created here.
